Overview:
At the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture, I led and supported data-driven urban projects and a major HR and Agile transformation initiative. My role spanned strategic planning, cross-agency data coordination, and stakeholder engagement across the Baku General Plan, Creative Industries Cluster, and City Illumination, with a focus on sustainable development and organizational effectiveness.
